Who provides this preview

Philosopher World is an experimental service operated by Heidi Dev, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These terms form the agreement between you and Heidi Dev, Inc. for your use of this preview.

The current service

Philosopher World is an AI-assisted reflection experience. It offers interpretations inspired by philosophical traditions and lets signed-in users save dialogue threads. It does not recreate the historical philosophers, provide verified quotations from them, or replace a qualified professional.

Your decisions remain yours

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or poorly suited to your circumstances. You are responsible for checking important claims and for every decision you make. Do not rely on Philosopher World for medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or other professional advice. If anyone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Accounts and access

Keep access to your email and browser secure, and use only an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your authenticated session. You may sign out or use the sign-in-account removal control described in the privacy notice; that notice also explains historical retention.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or facilitate harm;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service’s safeguards;
• access another person’s account or private dialogue;
• misrepresent AI output as an authentic historical quotation; or
• automate abusive or excessive requests.

Access may be limited or ended when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Your content

You remain responsible for the questions and context you submit. You give the service permission to process that material only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the experience. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or information that is more sensitive than the reflection requires.

Reservations and displayed prices

The Measure, Deliberation, Philosophy Mode, and Philosopher Club are presented as planned launch offers. Selecting a reservation button records free interest only. It is not checkout, a purchase, a subscription, a promise of access, or authorization to charge you. Before any paid access can begin, the final offer, price, applicable payment terms, and any relevant cancellation terms must be presented for separate confirmation.

Availability and changes

This preview may change, pause, or end, and particular features may be unavailable. We work to keep the service useful and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. These terms may be updated as the product develops; the date above identifies the current version.

Governing law, privacy, and questions

Delaware law governs these terms to the extent permitted by law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
