Signing in
The email or code has not arrived
Confirm the address, check spam or filtered mail, then request a new private link. Use the “Use a different email” action if the address was entered incorrectly. Only the most recent unexpired code should be used.
I opened the link on another device
The link completes sign-in in the browser where it opens. If you want to use another browser or device, request a new link there or enter the six-digit code in that browser’s sign-in form.
I was signed out
Request a fresh private link. Signing out intentionally removes the saved authentication tokens. Closing the tab session or clearing browser storage can have the same effect.
Dialogues and AI responses
A response stopped or failed
Keep a copy of important context, check your connection, and try sending the question again once the current activity has ended. A shorter question with the essential facts can be easier to assess.
The answer is wrong or unsafe for my situation
Do not act on it. Philosopher World is a reflection aid, and its AI interpretations can be inaccurate. Consult an appropriate qualified professional for consequential medical, legal, financial, mental-health, or safety decisions. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a relevant crisis resource.
Reservations
Reservation buttons only record interest in a planned launch option. They do not open checkout, collect a card, start paid access, or create a subscription. A withdrawal control means the signed-in account’s interest was saved; it is not a purchase receipt.
Privacy and deleting an account
When signed in, go to the footer and choose Delete sign-in account. Read the confirmation carefully: the current flow removes the account’s live Philosopher World records from the product and permanently deletes its sign-in identity. Historical revision, security, audit, and recovery records may remain as described in the privacy notice. Contact privacy support for a broader erasure request, and review that notice before submitting sensitive context.
Direct contact
Email support@heidi.dev for account or product help. Send privacy requests to privacy@heidi.dev. Include the email address used for the account and a concise description, but do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or unnecessary sensitive details. The preview does not currently promise a support response time or offer a paid support service level.
